Turnaround expectations
Updates are handled within the timeframes listed above during normal business days. U.S. federal holidays are excluded, and requests submitted on or near holidays may take slightly longer due to reduced availability. If something is time-sensitive, just mention it in your email and it will be prioritized when possible.
